The house on Palm Jumeirah should be fitted with floors that are as good as the place. In this project at TH8, our client was interested in a strong, modern floor that would be comfortable and beautiful for many years. The correct decision was to use SPC flooring, and our team had to do the supply and installation.

Our initial step was to make a home visit in order to measure the area and examine the sub-floor. To show off its best, SPC requires a clean, flat, and dry surface, so our crew took the time to prepare it. Any irregularities were corrected, and the entire area was wiped down before our commencement.

The client selected a beautiful wooden-like colour that fitted into the modern interior of the house. Our fitters had laid a quality underlay and then laid the planking, taking care to stagger the joints, to appear natural. All the planks were measured and cut to the exact dimensions around the walls, doors, and built-in furniture. The job was completed with skirting and edge profiles, making the work look well-polished.

The outcome was a warm, high-quality floor that was comfortable to walk on. The SPC is also easy to wash and is resistant to water, so the family can use it without any worry. The client was extremely satisfied with the cautious, professional job.
