How much do blinds cost in Dubai?
It depends on the blind type, the fabric and the window size, so we give a written quote after measuring. Roller blinds are usually the most affordable, while motorized and wooden blinds cost more. How long do blinds take to arrive and get fitted?
Most orders are delivered 3 to 4 working days after the measuring visit. Fitting takes under an hour per blind, so an apartment is usually finished in a day. Bigger villas and motorized jobs can take longer, and we will put the date on your quote.
Which blinds are best for the Dubai sun?
For west and south facing windows, blackout or sunscreen roller blinds work well because the fabric stops heat and glare at the glass. Aluminium venetian blinds reflect sun and let you angle the light. On very large glass, a motor lets you close every blind with one button when the sun swings round.
Can I get blinds fitted without drilling?
Yes, for lighter blinds and smaller windows. No drill blinds hold on with adhesive strips or tension fittings, so nothing goes into the frame or the wall. Heavy blinds and wide windows are safer on proper brackets, and we will tell you honestly which one your window needs.
How do I measure my windows for blinds?
Measure the width in three places and use the smallest number for an inside mount. Measure the height in three places and use the longest. For an outside mount, add a few centimetres on each side so the blind covers the frame. Or skip it, because we measure for free at the home visit.
Are your blinds safe for children and pets?
We can make any blind cordless. Cordless lifts and motors have no loops for a child or pet to get caught in. For a nursery or kids room we suggest a cordless roller or a motorized blind in a wipe clean fabric. Tell us who lives in the home and we will recommend safe options.
