The family desired the house to be cozy, elegant, and comfortable, and thus, we assisted them in selecting textiles in harmonious and natural shades that matched their furniture. Lighter curtains were required in some rooms to allow soft daylight in the rooms, whereas darker blackout curtains were needed in bedrooms to get good sleep. The curtain was made according to the size and designed to give a close fit, and our fitters used heavy tracks and attached the curtain with a clean, high-end appearance in clever pleats.

We went on to the garden. The natural grass that was already in place had been a challenge with the tough heat and dry weather in Dubai, and the family was fed up with the costly maintenance of natural grass required. The ideal solution was artificial grass. Our team did the preparations well, flattening the area and ensuring that it laid a good base to ensure the grass lay flat and did not fail to drain after rain or watering. We then rolled down the artificial turf and trimmed it into the shape of the garden.

The sides were attached, and the stitching so well done that the points where one piece and the other started can hardly be determined. We selected a low-cost artificial grass with a combination of green fine colors, and with a soft feel under the feet, such that it feels and appears like actual grass, but without the hassles. It does not require fertilizer, cutting, or watering. It remains green the whole year, even during hot months. Kids and pets are also safe to play there.

At the end of the project, the villa was made to be complete indeed. Around the house, the new curtains added elegance and touch to each room. In the garden, the Fresh green lawns made the garden a bright and friendly place to spend time with the family, on weekends, and also so that children can play.
