"Damac Hills 2 is an expanding residential community of beautiful houses and outdoor areas. In the case of this villa, our client wished to have two things done simultaneously: fresh new inside curtains and good-quality artificial grass on the inside. Doing both simultaneously helped the project run smoother with the family and gave the home a finished look both inside and outside.

We began our team in the indoor state with a complete window measure. We assisted the family in the selection of fabrics in monotonous warm colors to match the rest of the interior, and heavier fabrics are used in the bedrooms and lighter in the living rooms. Each work was bespoke and fitted with a nice pleat on robust tracks.

On the outside, our flooring team did everything to prepare the garden. We evened the ground, laid out quality artificial grass with a soft feel and a natural combination of green shades. The sides were cut so accurately and the edges so firmly fastened together that the lawn appears to be an unbroken, smooth, clean surface.

At the project closure, the villa was much warmer indoors and brighter outdoors. The artificial grass remains green throughout the year without having to water or cut the grass, ideal in Dubai weather."
