Merchant Return Policy
At FixingExpert Dubai, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not satisfied with a product or service you have received from us, we offer a comprehensive merchant return policy.
For products, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product, it must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. You must also provide a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange the product for another of equal value.
For services, if you are not satisfied with the quality of workmanship or service you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of completion of the service. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome. In some cases, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that some products, such as custom-made furniture or wallpaper, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We will clearly indicate if this is the case at the time of purchase.
